Frequently Asked Questions

How many managers can be assigned to manage the team through the dashboard?

One user per organization can have a Seat Manager role. If you need additional manager roles, please contact us to discuss the options.

If a user is removed from a seat and replaced by another user, will the removed user lose their learning progress?

When a user is removed from a seat, they lose access to the course. However, all learning progress is saved for that user. If the user is reassigned to the course, they can continue from where they left off.

Is there a limit on how many users can be imported to Bondar Academy for the organization?

There is no limit on the number of imported users. However, there is a limit on the number of available seats with access to the courses. The manager can decide who to grant access based on the organization’s quota of available seats.

Will all imported users of an organization be added to the private Slack channel at Bondar Academy?

Only users with an assigned seat have access to the private Slack channel where they can interact with instructors. Users without an assigned seat have access only to the public Slack channels of Bondar Academy.
