14. Refund Policy

By enrolling in any course offered by Bondar Academy LLC, you agree to adhere to this Policy.
14.1. Refund Eligibility:
  • Full Refund: A student is eligible for a full refund of the course fee if a request cancellation is made within 10 calendar days of enrollment and if no more than 10% of the content was consumed (watched). It is a student responsibility to monitor the persentage of the consumed (watched) content in the top left corner of the course player.
  • No Refund: No refund will be provided after 10 calendar days or if more than 10% of the content was consumed (watched)
14.2. Refund Request Process:
  • To initiate a refund request, the student must contact Bondar Academy LLC at info@bondaracademy.com providing relevant details such as their full name, course name, enrollment date, transaction date and reason for the refund request.
  • The Bondar Academy reserves the right to verify the student's access and progress in the course before processing the refund request.
  • Upon receipt of a valid refund request, the Bondar Academy LLC will review the request within 10 business days.
14.3. Refund processing:
  • If the refund request meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 14.1, Bondar Academy LLC will process the refund using the original payment method within 14 business days
  • Bondar Academy LLC is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors in connection with the refund.
14.4. Course Cancellation or Deletion:
  • Bondar Academy LLC reserves the right to cancel or delete a course from www.bondaracademy.com due to unforeseen circumstances or other valid reasons.
  • In such cases, students will be notified promptly, and Bondar Academy LLC will provide a full refund of the course tuition fee.
14.5. Modifications to the Refund Policy:
  • Bondar Academy LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
  • Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Policy on the www.bondaracademy.com website.

15. Privacy

Use of the Website is also governed by Our Privacy Policy (www.bondaracademy.com/privacy) which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by this reference. To view the Privacy Policy, please click on the link above.

16. No Waiver
